Our motivated, high performing team members are trusted by first rate contractors to achieve quality and timely results for clients in the Fargo-Moorhead area. Operating year-round, we are seeking reliable leaders and crew members who are passionate about their trade.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the project plans and specifications
- Determine materials, equipment, and procedures required to achieve desired results
- Determine and abide by safety procedures based on job site conditions
- communicate equipment and manpower needs to meet schedules and deadlines
- Supervise and train workers
- allocate general and daily responsibilities
Requirements:
- Understand blueprints and drawings
- Motivated and self-disciplined
- Ability to supervise and lead a crew
- Reliable and punctual
- 5 or more years of experience in the construction industry

Must Have:
- Some apprentice level carpentry skills
- Experience using basic carpentry tools
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone with data plan
- Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
